Sri Venkateswara Swami (Balaji) Temple presents the Community Health Fair on Saturday, August 4th, 2018 from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM. 

Dr. Namratha Kandala, MD, MPH of Northwestern Medicine's  SAHELI (South Asian Healthy Lifestyles) Team will be conducting free screenings and healthy lifestyle counseling. 

There is also special presentations on Healthy Lifestyle and Grains (9:00 AM - 9:30 AM) and Diabetic Retinopathy & Psychological Management of Diabetes (Noon to 12:30 PM).
